Jess Dawes is the founding Director of Enhancing Inclusion and an inclusive education leader and educator with 20+ years’ experience across mainstream, specialist, and online settings. She partners with schools and organisations to design coherent, neuro-affirming systems that strengthen outcomes and build staff capability.
Jess’ work blends strategic planning, compliance alignment, leadership development, and practical implementation.
